Minutes of the First Meeting of Executive Committee of Ganga
Sarvodya Vikas Sansthan held on 31st Jan, 2019

Association Of Ganga Sarvodya Vikas Sansthan National Society had invited all the members of the society for the first meeting on 31s1 January 2019. Agenda items were already circulated separately to the members. Members who attended the meeting are attached herewith.

At the outset, the President welcomed all the members of the executive committee for the 1s1 meeting. He thereafter requested the secretary to take up the agenda items one by one

The decisions taken by the EC on various agenda items are as below:

1. Considering the registration of the Society:

The Secretary informed the members that it is advisable for the association to be registered in order to form a valid legal entity and to get the registration of society with the Registrar, Firms, Societies, and Chits, of Delhi.

2. Considering the name for the registration of the Society:

The Secretary informed the members that for the registration of society with the Registrar of Firms, Societies, and Chits, Delhi, the society needs to consider the name so that the society can be registered in the name and style of selected name. Members suggested a name and finally, it was agreed to pursue the name “GANGA SARVODAYA VIKAS SANSTHAN”

3. Authorizing President and Secretary jointly to complete the documentation for the
registration of the Society:

RESOLVED THAT The Secretary informed the members that for the registration of the society, one Or more office bearers need to be authorized to complete the documents with the Registrar, Firms, Societies, and Chits, Meerut. Members of the society do and hereby authorized President and Secretary jointly to complete the documents sign these and get it flown with the Registrar
